CouponzGuru Philippines is committed to complying with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission(NPC). Our notice to you is standalone, clear, and itemises the personal data collected and the purpose of processing. We process personal information only for which you have given consent, or for a specified legitimate use recognised under the Act. We take the required actions to resolve the grievances within 90 days. Individuals may exercise rights recognised under the applicable laws, including the right to be informed, the right of access, the right to correct, the right to erasure, the right to object, the right to data portability, and the right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death. We hold personal data/information only for as long as necessary for a specified reason as per applicable law.
Children’s Personal Information
CouponzGuru Philippines does not intentionally design its services to collect personal information from children in all circumstances prohibited by laws applicable in the Philippines. We give the parents the right to review and delete their child’s information, and limit the collection of data to what is necessary for the completion of the activity.
